This is a drier rub. I used it in the shower and rubbed it all over my body and I am amazed at how soft and moisturized it left my skin. It also leave my skin smelling good and fresh. I did not need lotion after the shower. This salt rub did it for me. Dont use it on your face. I tried and it burned. I had to rinse it off with cold water.
