The science behind cold pressing is fascinating. Oil gets extracted through mechanical pressure instead of heat or chemicals. This age-old technique has evolved from wooden or stone "Ghani" to modern hydraulic presses, yet the basic science stays the same.
Expensive creams often rely on lab-engineered ingredients to mimic what nature already provides. Natural oils, on the other hand, offer simplicity and efficacy without the markup. Sometimes, the best solutions aren’t found in a lab—they’re grown on trees.

Looks: this batana oil has a very runny, just like any other loose scalp oil. I never knew that batana oil could be applied to the scalp and not washed off. This gives me the impression that it's very refined and not 100% pure batana oil.Smell: the oil has a subtle earthy smell. I really had to take a big whiff to be able to truly smell it. That was nice because I found it to not be overwhelming and I could wear it out and about without being self conscious about how my hair is smelling.Texture: this oil has a very smooth texture to it. It's like cooking oil, it just runs right out of the bottleWorkings: I will say, I was nervous about using this scalp oil because I have never known batana oil to not be washed out. I have a very sensitive scalp so I was worried about it causing irritation, but so far it has not. I apply a VERY small amount and try to rub it around as much as possible. I also don’t use it everyday. I'll have to keep using it to see if I notice any differences to my hair or hair growth. I like that the bottle comes with two different applicator tips to make getting the oil onto my scalp easyIngredients: The ingredient list says its "100% pure batana oil"

Great pre-treatment for Hair
I love that this comes with a comb, so it gets naturally closer to my scalp. My hair is shinier and more manageable and I highly recommend.

Smells good
Not sure exactly how to use it, but it feels good on your head just a little oily. I guess it’s supposed to be.

Thick, like honey, but washes out easily and leaves hair soft and manageable
This is the thickest batana oil that I have used in liquid form, and the only one that has this consistency. It is almost like honey coming out. I guess the benefit of that is it doesn't drip, and it really coats the hair. It comes with multiple applicator tips. I like the comb one, because it makes it easy to apply evenly. I was concerned with how thick it was that it would be difficult to wash out, but I had no issues washing it normally. It did not leave a residue, and my hair felt great after it dried.
